Order Processing

Orders are processed within 8–12 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times typically range between 7–14 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear depending on the carrier. If you haven't received tracking information within a few business days of your order being processed, contact us at support@almalure.com.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout. Almalure is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately at support@almalure.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Almalure is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by carriers once the order has shipped. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly first. You're also welcome to reach out to us at support@almalure.com and we'll do our best to help.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not controlled by Almalure. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@almalure.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll review and work toward a resolution.
