At Almalure, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to make it right.

Returns

You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and components.

To start a return, contact us at support@almalure.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send anything back without reaching out first — our team will provide the correct return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@almalure.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we'll offer a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of misuse, are missing components, or are returned without prior approval from our support team.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days, please check with your bank first as processing times vary. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@almalure.com and we'll look into it right away.
